Do my clients need an account to view invoices?+

No. When you share an invoice or receipt link, your client can view it on their phone without signing up or downloading anything.

What type of vendors can use Eventals?+

Eventals is built for event vendors — caterers, decorators, photographers, and equipment rental businesses. If you manage bookings, invoices, and payments for events, Eventals is for you.

How do I send an invoice to a client?+

Create an invoice from a booking, then click Share. You can copy the link and paste it into WhatsApp, or send it via email directly from Eventals.

Does Eventals work on mobile?+

Yes. Eventals is fully responsive and works on any smartphone. Your clients' invoice and receipt views are also optimised for mobile.

Is Eventals compliant with Nigeria's data protection laws?+

Yes. We comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR). Your data and your clients' data is stored securely and used only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I cancel my account?+

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your data remains accessible until the end of your billing period. To delete your account entirely, contact us at support@eventals.app.
