1. About Eventals

Eventals is an event vendor management platform. By creating an account and using Eventals, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Eventals.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Eventals for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or other users' data
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
  • Use Eventals to store or transmit malicious code
  • Resell or sublicense access to Eventals without written permission

4. Your data

You own your data. The client records, bookings, invoices, and payments you create in Eventals belong to you. Eventals holds a limited licence to store and process this data solely to provide the service.

You can export or delete your data at any time by contacting us. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Subscription and billing

  • The Free plan is free with no time limit. Paid plans (Growth, Premium) are billed monthly or annually.
  • Subscription fees are charged in advance for the billing period.
  • You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep Eventals available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, apply updates, or experience downtime beyond our control. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eventals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform — including lost revenue, data loss, or business disruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Eventals in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Eventals after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
