In-app payment collection — coming in Phase 4. When available on Growth and Premium plans, you can collect payments directly through Eventals via Paystack or Flutterwave. Eventals charges a small transaction fee only on these in-app payments — manual payment recording is always free. The fee is lower on Premium to reward high-volume vendors: 0.8% on Growth, 0.5% on Premium.

Is the free plan really free forever?+
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit — you can use it indefinitely with up to 100 active clients. You only upgrade when you need more.
What counts as an 'active client'?+
An active client is any client who has at least one booking in the last 12 months. Archived or dormant clients do not count toward your limit, so your history stays intact.
What is the transaction fee and when does it apply?+
The transaction fee is a small percentage Eventals earns when you collect payments through in-app payment links (Paystack / Flutterwave — coming in Phase 4). Manual payment recording — entering payment details yourself — is always free on all plans.
Do I need a credit card to start?+
No. You can sign up and use the Free plan without any payment details.
Can I cancel or downgrade anytime?+
Yes. You can cancel or change your plan at any time. If you downgrade below your current active client count, you will need to archive some clients first.
